Select the celltype you want to display.
Input spatial data
Input Spatial transcriptome data analysis results.The file should be rds format.
Select gene
Select the gene you want to display.
Then the user can run the program by clicking START button.
After the program runs, the user can view the results by clicking the Example Result button.
